Office Policies:

In an effort to keep costs down, payment is expected at the time of service. We do not bill or accept insurance. A coded receipt (superbill) will be furnished for you to submit to your insurance company. We accept cash, personal checks, MC or Visa for payment.  Cancelled appointments within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee. All credit card transactions are subject to 4% service charge. Excessive cancellations are subject to a fee and patient may be requested to book future appointments on a same day basis.

New Patients or Former Patients (over a year since last visit) (1.5 hour appointment) $160.00

45 min appointment $90.00

Student $65.00

Seniors $65.00

One Half Hour Consult (phone or office) $65.00

Treatment packages 6 sessions $420.00/$330.00(Seniors) (must be used in 3 months)

Herbs, Digestive enzymes and books range from $12.00-$30.00
