Office Policies:

In an effort to keep costs down, payment is expected at the time of service and a receipt (superbill)will be furnished for you to submit to your insurance company. We accept cash, personal checks, MC or Visa or payment.  Cancelled appointments within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee. All credit card transactions are subject to 4% service charge. Excessive cancellations are subject to a fee and patient may be requested to book future appointments on a same day basis.

Herbs and books range from $12.00-$30.00
